Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is mechanical exfoliation that removes the uppermost layer of dead skin cells from the face, chest and hands. For best results, it is recommended you get a series of treatments and use high-tech anti-aging skin care products. It works by sending tiny crystals, which are similar to sand, blown onto the skin using a specially designed handpiece. These tiny crystals have microscopically rough surfaces. As these crystals pass over the skin, they gradually remove the outer layers of skin one layer at a time. The specially designed handpiece sucks the crystals and any debris up into a chamber and is discarded. It’s purpose is to rejuvenate the skin, Evening out skin texture, Cleaning out Comedones – reducing Acne and reducing clogged pores.
Anti-Wrinkle Treatment
Anti Wrinkle treatment is normally injected into your skin..A tiny amount of the wrinkle treatment substance is injected into the muscle that creates the dynamic (or movement) wrinkle. When the substance is injected into a muscle, it blocks the nerve impulse from reaching that area, and as a result, the muscle relaxes. As the muscle relaxes, the dynamic wrinkle overlying the muscle is smoothed away.
The anti-wrinkle treatment substance is administered using a very fine sterile disposable syringe and a fine-gauge needle to inject into the muscle. The number of injections required varies depending upon what part of the face is being treated.
Age Spot Laser Treatment
Laser treatment of age spots, brown spots, and small blood vessels (telangiectasias) on the face:
Many of the smaller spots and skin lesions of the face are easily removed with lasers. These include small blood vessels on the face, small brown spots or age spots, and freckles and freckle-like spots on the face and elsewhere.
Pigmented Lesions
Facial Redness Laser Treatment
Rosecea is a chronic disease which appears as usually first appears as subtle reddening on the face. Over time this may develop into some inflammation and be accompanied by skin eruptions. About half of Rosecea suffers also have some sort of symptoms with their eyes (known as Ocular Rosecea). If left untreated, over time Rosecea can result in the appearance of red lines which result from swollen or damaged veins.
Hair Removal
The desire to remove excess or dark hair usually begins in adolescence and seems to continue until the day we die. Whether it is hair on the face, armpits, legs, bikini line, or other body parts, many women AND men are intent upon having the hair on their scalp be the only visible hair on their bodies. With the emphasis on smooth, hairless skin, it is interesting to note that excess hair.
Bleaching is actually not a hair removal method, but rather a way to make the hair less noticeable. This is especially useful for areas that already have thin but dark and therefore noticeable hair like the arms, face, or neck. Bleaching is performed by applying a chemical to the desired area, which removes the pigment from the hair.
Hair Removal can be achieved in various ways including shaving, Physical Hair Removal, Physical Hair Removal i.e. Plucking , Waxing or Sugar Waxing
Laser Hair Removal
Laser hair removal works by sending a beam of laser light to a group of hair follicles with enough power to disable or destroy the root, but not enough power to harm the surrounding skin. This process is called selective photothermolysis. It is selective because it targets only the hair and not the skin. Photo means light and thermolysis means destroying with heat. The surrounding skin is usually cooled. Some methods include a gel, a spray, or a cooling tip.
Laser hair removal is an effective and proven method. Laser can be used as a medical device since it can be exactly tuned according to each patient's type of skin, guaranteeing an effective treatment. Observance of instructions and precautions are essential for safe treatment. Thus, the use of a powerful device adapted to each skin type allows for effective and safe treatment.
Age Spots
Age spots are flat brown-black spots that usually occur in sun-exposed areas of the body. They are also called Liver spots.
Causes, incidence, and risk factors
Liver spots are changes in skin color associated with older skin. The increased pigmentation may be brought on by aging, exposure to sun or other forms of ultraviolet light, or other unknown causes.
Liver spots are extremely common after the age of 40. They occur most often on the backs of the hands, on the forearms, shoulder, face, and forehead, areas of highest sun exposure.
They are harmless and painless, but they may affect the cosmetic appearance. Occasionally, liver spots may obscure the diagnosis of skin cancers.
